If you were in the Top-16 (Semi's or Main) in Saturday's USA Cycling National Championships race in Nashville - then, CONGRATULATIONS!, you have qualified to represent the United States at this years' UCi WORLDS.

The 2013 UCI BMX World Championships will be held this year in beautiful Auckland New Zealand!

'Kia Kaha' translates to 'Stay Strong" in Maori, New Zealand's native language.

3F Sports has exclusive access to this water front hotel. Hotel is only 1 mile to the Vector Arena! ONLY 240.00 NZ Per Room/Night-VAT Included! Training/competition dates are from theJuly 22-July  28.

The Hilton Hotel Auckland sits directly on the harbor with some rooms having a spectacular view out to sea. 3F Sports has a special arrangement with the Hilton for BMX athletes, friends, family and fans - all rooms have (2) twin beds and some connecting rooms are available. The hotel features: WIFI access through-out, on-site gym and heated pool, restaurant and bar. The location is superbly set amongst a fashionable district of bars and restaurants, while being only a short walk to the Vector Arena and 5 minutes to the center of Auckland! The USA Cycling information point and rider/parent meeting will take place in this hotel. 

PRICES & SERVICES: Twin room double occupancy: 240.00 NZD per night
Breakfast per person: 30.00 NZD*  Airport Transfer (In-coming/out-going): 45.00 NZD per person
VIP Tickets: TBA  CURRENT EXCHANGE RATE: 1.00 NZD = .82 USD**

*Price is 40.00 NZD when not pre-booked!  **Exact exchange determined at moment of invoicing
7 night minimum stay. Booking period between July 18th until July 30th.

 

RESERVATIONS / DEPOSIT / PAYMENTS: %50 deposit is required to confirm your reservation. 7 night minimum stay is required. Final payment due no later than 8 June 2013. Deposit can be refunded until 8 May 2013, after which point booking is considered confirmed.* Failure to pay final payment by 08 June 2013 will result in  forfeiture  of deposit. Payments may be made via Paypal, VISA/MASTERCARD, or via bank transfer. Please add 2% for Paypal and credit card payments.   * Please note that any refunds issued will be subject to 50.00 Euro processing fee.  

HOW TO BOOK: Send us an e-mail with your arrival/departure dates, the method you would like to pay in order to confirm the reservation and your complete billing address with phone number where you may be reached. For those electing to use Paypal or the bank transfer option, we will send you a pro-forma invoice with the details on how to pay. If you elect to use a Visa/Mastercard, please let us know the best time to reach you and we will call you in order to most securely process your payment.
