Dane Earns NAG No.2 and NAG No.4 At the 2014 USA BMX Grands

Dane Morales finishes off the 2014 BMX season with making both main events he entered in 8 Expert & 8 Cruiser (Dane has made every Grands main event he has entered since 2011. making this the fourth year in a row with 7 main events in 4 years)
In the 8 Expert class, Dane qualified with a win out of his first heat and won every semi going into the main event and gated from lane 6 to finish a strong second to Ronnie Kim (who gated from lane 2) at the line in the main event. Earning a NAG No. 2 Ranking for 2014 in 8 Expert. Congrats to Ronnie Kim on his win and NAG championship.
In 8 Cruiser class, Dane struggled with bike set up but made it through his heats and semi's and made it to the main with some improved bike set up and ready to make a charge for the championship. Unfortunately Dane drew lane 8 in the main and struggled to make passes to improve his position going into Turn 1 and had to settle for 5th overall. Even with the 5th place finish Dane was able to earn a NAG No. 4 rank in 8 cruiser for 2014. Congrats to Gage Kooyers for his win in 8 cruiser and Ty Beadle for his NAG championship in 8 cruiser.
Now Dane will be kicking off his Motocross racing season with a National race at the Arizona Open in Buckeye Arizona the following weekend after the grands.
