My cast is off and my pins are removed from my elbow. Everything was done on 11/21. I have been keeping it easy since then, sort of. I went to the track this past Wednesday and did some practicing. It is so good to be back on the track again. Looking to possibly race this Sunday or at least next Friday! Time to get ready for next year!
