My home track is Richfield Park BMX.  Through the week, work was done on the new setup going into the first turn.  When first built, track operator Rob Young referred to it as Mt. Richfield.  After this past Sundays races and the opportunity to see how everyone got over the monster, the new triple step was tweaked with added clay and changed.  It now has a better flow to it that will lead to many different ways to flow through the jump.  Racers from novice to expert should enjoy the change which now is more rider friendly yet a challenge to racers of every skill.  There is a better flow into and over the triple step/step down into the first turn.  The once known demon drop can be taken with less worries about catching the backside to keep your speed and stability.  BMX continues to improve at Richfield Park BMX.   Hit up the Gold Cup race in a few weeks to experience the new challenge down the first straight and other tweaks through the second straight.
