Do you want the chance to train with an Olympian? Here it is - Join 2016 Olympian, Jeff Upshaw for a 2-day clinic at Shoreham BMX on August 18th + 19th. There are 2 sessions to chose from, 10am-1pm or 2pm-5pm. Cost is $120 per rider for both days!
This clinic is open to all USABMX members age 6+.
Riders will cover everything from the start of the race to the end - gates, race strategy, cornering, pumping manually, jumping, goal setting, and mental focus.
