The Intro to BMX is a FREE clinic in a series of New Rider Clinics taking place at Shelby Farms BMX. This first clinic will be on Thursday April 20th from 6:30 - 7:30pm.
For any new first time riders at SFBMX, please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out any paperwork necessary. A membership is necessary but a free one day trial membership is available.

A helmet, long sleeve shirt, and long pants are required at all times when on the track/pump track. Some helmets are available for check out on a first come first served basis at the registration desk. Any bike is acceptable to use on the track as long as training wheels, kick stands, pegs, chain guards, etc are removed.

It's great information for all new/novice riders to learn about the Olympic Sport of BMX. However, all riders of any level may attend.
To be the most successful in the clinic, the 5 and over rider should be able to pedal a bike without training wheels.
