Akron BMX, home of many national events in the past, is inviting everyone to come out and enjoy the double/triple point weekend coming up June 16-17. The Bob Warnicke Scholarship Race will award double points to all riders on Saturday, June 16 with proceeds benefiting the scholarship fund. Registration will be held from 12-1:30 PM., with racing beginning at 2:00 PM. Race fee is $20.00.
Sunday, June 17 features a triple point Redline Cup qualifier. Registration is Noon-1:30 p.m., with the race beginning at 2:00 p.m. The Redline Cup race fee is $30.00. A Strider race will be held Sunday, entry fee is $8.

A Team Challenge will be offered on Sunday. Entry fee is $20/team sheet with a maximum of two sheets entered. Payout is 100% payback, plus $300.00 purse.

Sunday will also feature a Pro-Am race. Entry fee is $20, with 100% payback.

The bounce house will be set up Friday through Sunday.  For only $5 a day or $12 for the weekend, you can keep the little ones busy between their races.

Saturday after the race, we will be holding foot down contests and a spaghetti dinner will be available for a small fee.
