We had so much fun this past weekend. It was our first Nationals. My girls had fun running around making new friends and Parker had the time of his life on the track. Our first day there he placed 3rd for the 5 and under novice class. Day 2 he got 2nd place. And Day 3 he PLACED 1ST PLACE! We were so excited. Everyday he got better and better. We didn't expect to have such a great weekend as far as placement because it was a new track for him to ride without a whole lot of practice and because at States he and another rider bumped wheels and we went down in the last turn. So during Nationals he was nervous going around the turns during practice and backoff and even put on his break. But when it came time to race he turned it up and did amazing. Feeling so proud. Cant wait for our next event. One more win and he moves up to 5 and under intermediate.
