Although I didn't get the results I trained and planned for, I had the best time matching my skills against former A Pros and NBL Superclass riders from the past.  I got to race Tony Synaka who is a favorite rider of mine from my early BMX years. It was also refreshing to see some BMX friends from my NBL days of the past. Brian Strieby is another Bulldog Bicycles family member who was actually in my class as well.  We both had the Bulldog Brand in common from the past so conversation was easy as we talked & conversed about the great Bulldog Bicycle World Wide owner Jimmy Mac McNeal.  This years "Worlds" Qualifier race action and competition was tough.  I felt I gave my all when it came to each and every moto and I also felt I attacked every obstacle comfortably to best of my abilities without sacrificing speed.  This race seemed to give me more confidence in my racing skills coming out of this "Challenge" race unscathed or scarred up..although I can't say that for many Pro and Expert riders who were carted off to the emergency room in Rock Hill, SC.  Reflecting on the athleticism it took to get around the track also strengthens my choice to strive to continue to become a faster racer and future World Competitor.  In my lifetime I've only risen to a World #8 Title and  it means more to me to know what it took to accomplish that goal. Watch for positive actions with a positive attitude this remaining BMX season.  I want to thank all my Sponsors and supporters to include J&R Bicycles, Truth Bmx Products, Hawleys Bicycle Shop of Fayetteville, NC, Bell Helmets, Atlas Brace Technologies LLC, #boxriders, Spy Optics, ODI, VEE Tire Co.
