Hi! My name is Lucas. I was introduced to this sport via my dad's friend, who raced BMX when he was younger. My first race was in June 2014, and I won second place. I have been hooked ever since! I have made great strides in accomplishing my personal goals in such a short time. I went to my first Nationals in January 2015, and came home with the big prize! I am looking forward to my first full year of racing in 2015, and making long lasting friends along the way. I look up to those racers that have amazing talent and years of experience, and can only hope that someday I can achieve the same.
