Coach Nick is excited to present a fitness clinic for all of our riders. The purpose of this clinic is to teach riders exercises they can do daily while not at the track to keep themselves in shape and stronger come race time. It starts with proper stretching techniques, core strength exercises, fast twitch /explosive exercises and leg exercises. These put together will prep you for your race, help give you power out of the gate and maneuvering over jumps, and strength for speed and agility.
