FAILURE TO COMPLY
Failure for any rider/parent to comply with the above may result in removal from the premises without refund.
Non-compliance overall can result in the facility having to be closed and the discontinuation of any practices. Your cooperation is needed to ensure we can remain open.
We have worked with our local municipality and County Health Department to come up with a plan that allowed us to open our facility at this stage of the pandemic in our area. We know this plan is different than what we normally are used to. We will be revising this plan as needed. We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we navigate through this process.

We believe the policy established is the best way to move forward safely, and in compliance with local and State guidelines.
If you disagree, we respectfully ask you not to partake in these practice sessions so not to ruin this opportunity for others. We then look forward to seeing you once we can open for racing.
