Duke City BMX News

  • Hope we can open soon

We are hopeful that we will be able to open soon for small group practices and training.  We have been working hard to get the track ready with the newly installed gate.  As soon as we get approval from Parks and Rec. to open we will let everyone know.  Keep safe and we will see you soon.

  • State Qualifier & Gold Cup Canceled

The State Qualifier and the Gold Cup races scheduled for July 25 & 26 have been canceled due to the closure mandated by the Governor of the State of New Mexico.   At this time the track remains closed until further notice. Be safe and we hopefully will be back to the track soon.

  • We are still closed

Duke City BMX remains closed due to the extension of the governor's order to close all non-essential businesses until May 15.  We are hopeful that the order will be lifted at that time and we will be back to racing in mid-May.  Stay safe, ride your bike, and have some fun.  We will see you soon!

  • Spring National Posponed

Due to the state bans of crowd gatherings in New Mexico and Oregon, USA BMX will postpone the Spring Nationals (March 20-22) and the Great Northwest Nationals (April 3-5) to a later date. USA BMX will continue to monitor the Covid-19 situation and rely on local authorities in each state with regards to cancellation or postponement of scheduled events as safety for our BMX community remains the priority.   Any rider who pre-regis...

In addition to the USA BMX schedule, we will be hosting a special gate practice on Thursday, March 19, 2020.  The gate practice is from 5 pm to 8 pm this year and the cost is $10 per rider no exceptions.  All riders must check-in with si...
