MTB Series

The series starts before we’ll be able to open our track, but we will host plenty of makeup options to make sure you can get your points in. The series will point and rank riders from May 1st to August 31st in 2023. The classifications will follow the popular USA BMX district points and riders will accumulate points towards their assigned district at each event they participate in. There will be a special award for the series winner in each of the districts for both the Dirt Jumper category and Mountthe ain Bike category.

MTB Classes

USA BMX & BMX Canada have created 5 new classes for Mountain Bikes. These categories will be available nationwide at sanctioned USA BMX races. A sanctsanction-driven series for Mountain Bikes starting on May 1st, 2023.
The five (5) classes include one all-inclusive MTB Dirt Jumper class and four age category classes for the traditional MTB (12 & Under, 13-17, 18-35, 36 & Over).

MTB Race

Riders will race from the starting gate with the cadence and gate drop. The race will be a start-to-finish on the track with no laps. All-wheels are allowed but must have a suspension front fork.

The Dirt Jumper “DJ” class is limited to hardtail bikes with a wheel size of less than 27.5. Points are awarded based on the novice district points table for single point racing. A rider may race in any district. Points will accumulate in the rider’s home district. Riders will earn points from May 1st to August 31, 2023 in either the DJ Class or the MTB Class.
