Racing updates
Hello. I wanted to update our racing schedule with you all. Due to the extreme heat that this summer has in store for us we will no longer be racing on Sundays until further notice. Please plan on racing on Friday nights with sign ups from 7 - 8 p.m. Racing as soon as possible after sign ups close. Feel free to jump in and learn a track position as well. Volunteers are always wanted and needed. Thank you Ron Hagar

Heat index Rules
Hey there. Well Summer is upon us and it seems like it may be a brutal one. We are very concerned for our riders, their families and our volunteers. That being said we do have a rule to help with the heat situation. If the heat index is above 100 at race time there willl be no racing. We know this may cancel several races in the future. For the safety of our riders we are canceling races for the weekend. We are having Ram issues and are working to get the situation resolved. Should have resolved by next week

Looking for help
Hello there. As we have said several times Sand Springs BMX is 100% volunteer ran. No one gets paid to be there at any time. With that being said we are looking for help with some items at the track. First we are looking for someone that can help us with the maintenance of the grounds. Mowing and weed eating mainly. No Racing
ATTENTION: THERE WILL BE NO RACING ON FRIDAY, MAY 4TH, OR SUNDAY MAY 6TH. The Super National race is happening this weekend in De Soto, Texas. This is a great opportunity for racers to race at a bigger event and race more racers in their own class. It is a 2 day race and lots of fun. Please log on to USA BMX for more details. Practice and Sooner Nationals
There will be a practice on Thursday February 8th as well as a rider clinic. Practice is $5 a rider and the clinic is $45 put on by Donovan Long. This weekend is Sooner Nationals. This is our first opportunity to race in a National race this season. Please come out and race or just watch. Practice and racing start on Friday February 9th and goes through Sunday February 11th.
