BMX Clinics
Race Fans... Rum River BMX offers a series of clinics for all levels of riders, from the brand new to the seasoned expert -- we have what it takes to improve your game. This series, led by a team of Certified Coaches, Assistant Coaches, and Trainers will help new riders (and parents) gain skills and confidence on and off the track more quickly and give experienced riders expert help to continue developing their skills.
Clinics are $20 each and are capped at 24 riders (unless noted otherwise).

Clinics will most likely fill up quickly, so register early! Online registration closes two hours before clinic start time, or once the clinic is full. If you do not see the clinic you wish to register for, this means the clinic is full and not available for additional registrations.
Novice & Intermediate Clinic (Ages 12 and under) - This teaches the basics of being on the Track. This is NOT a one-on-one lesson, and parents are expected to be part of this. Striders are limited to the last straight of the Track. No coaching is available for Striders. You must have a USABMX membership (even a one-day for new members)
Jumping & Manualing (Ages 8 and over Intermediate & ALL ages Expert riders) All clinics teach Gate skills and conditioning. Novice Clinic (Ages 12 and over) - All clinics teach Gate skills and conditioning. This clinic also covers the basics of BMX (it's a good follow-up for Beginner League): - Race Lines - 1st straight - Off track practice
Corners & Pack Riding (All ages Intermediate & Expert riders) All clinics teach Gate skills and conditioning. This clinic also covers: - Purpose of a turn - Proper form - Carving - Passing lines - Side by side drills - Learning to work together to prepare for races
