Limited Practices Available to current riders

Parents. Please remember to social distance while watching through the gate.  We want you to be able to watch practice but please try to take turns.

We are opening up 1 hour practices.  Each practice will be for 9 riders. There will be several time slots offered. The cost per session is $15.

Each rider will need a signed Covid 19 waiver.  You can access that here:  www.rumriverbmx.com/covid19

Print it out, sign it and have your rider bring it to the track. We will have some outside the doors. BRING YOUR OWN PEN!!!

We have a limit of 10 people in the building at a time, so at this time only riders will be allowed in the building. Weather permitting we will open the doors (with gates) for viewing.
If you need to be in the building with your rider, you will need to pay for a spot and you will not be allowed on the track or in the gate/staging area.  If your rider needs assistance in the gate or on the track, these practices are not appropriate.

Practices can be signed up for at rumriverbmx.com/clinics.
Sign ups close 1 hour prior to the practice.  If you wish to use your timing chip, please sign up for the corresponding “Timer Activation” option for the practice you’re signing up for.  There will be a $3 charge for chip activation.  Refunds will only be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy on the website. (If you didn’t cancel online, you will not get a refund.)  Online will be the only way to sign up for a practice.  There will be no walk-ins accepted.  If no time slots are visible, it means the practices are full.  Strider practices are not available at the current time.  The strider track will not be accessible.

At the end of the session, please vacate the building as quickly as you’re able, so our volunteer can get the facility ready for the next session, or get home to their families.  We are running with a limited staff, so they will have a lot to do in a limited time.

Failure to Comply
We understand that people have differing views on various aspects of this pandemic, as well as the policies that are being set up to combat it.  All of us are doing our very best to balance safety with flexibility.  We believe the policy set forth here is the best way to move forward safely, and in compliance with local and State guidelines.

Failure to comply with the above may result in removal from the premises without refund.

We will be revising this plan, periodically, as needed.  We appreciate your patience and adherence to this plan during this challenging time.
