Hollywood Sports will be handling all the parking.  The parking fee will be $10.00.  There are limited Handicapped Spaces near the track along with VIP parking near the track on the concrete for $15.00. Please be courteous and only use the handicapped if absolutely needed.  The same parking will be as in the past along the bike path/green belt.  There will be an opening in the fence for access near the track. 

We will double check and let you if the parking along flora vista has no parking restriction.  Last year you could park there for free.  There will be NO overnight camping

All reserved canopy spots will be marked, please check in with Robert or Joe.  Everything else will be up for grabs unless mark with a big red X.  We need to have an emergency lane and walking path.  So please don’t set up in those areas.  You may start setting up on Friday. 

Gates will be open for Saturday and Sunday’s race by 8:00am. 

We have always taken pride in running a quick and efficient race.   We can not do it without the help of our Volunteers.  Our Volunteers have been working countless hours to make improvements and we are confident everyone will have a great experience. 

We will have the BBQ grilling up some Burgers and Dogs and the Park will have their restaurant open at the front of the park.    

There will also be some cool raffle prizes and 50/50.
