2018 Season Update
The 2018 Season is about to begin! 2017 was another great season at Cortez BMX and we couldn’t have done it without the riders, help of parents, and volunteers! We are excited for the good times that lie ahead! Not only is the weather heating up, but the racing is too! Come out and fine tune your skills at our practice sessions. Saturday 9/23 Race Cancelled Due to Rain
We are cancelling our race today. We will change our Monday race, 9/25, into a trophy race. On Monday the 25 we will also have our pot luck and do season ending awards.

Remaining 2017 Cortez BMX events
Quick update on the schedule: Our End of year party/pot luck race will be Saturday September 23 (original date of 9/16 was moved to allow riders to go to the State race at Montrose West.) Gate Practice will continue through September 5th. Practice times will be from 5:30-7pm for the rest of the season. We have added two more Monday night races- Sept 25, and Oct 2.

Race Cancelled: Monday July 3rd
Due to a water leak that flooded our first turn, we regrettably have to cancel tonight's race. Our apologies for the short notice. We just got this news. This may also affect gate practice tomorrow as well, but we will post news about that tomorrow. If you want to presign for Saturday's race, you can still come to the track tonight between 5:30-6:00 to do this.

Next Race: Saturday June 10, 2017. Sign-in 9:30-10am This is our Race for Life (all proceeds go to the American Lukemia Lymphoma Society. Anyone can participate in the race you just need: bike, helmet, long pants and long sleeved shirt. Bring a friend or try to get Mom or Dad to ride!
