Hampton BMX's Annual Halloween Race and Lock-in

Race Details:
-Registration 12-1:30, RACE ASAP
-Costume Contest and Track-or-Treat at the conclusion of the race (Top 3 costumes awarded)
-$2.00 Race discount for parents that bring candy and hand out during Track-or-Treat Event
-Car Decorating Contest w/ award to #1 voted car

 

Lock-In Details:

-Movies
-Campfire
-S’mores
-Foot down 
-Relay race
-Longest Skid
-Hide and seek

Dinner: Spaghetti, Meatballs, Salad, & Bread
Breakfast: Pancakes, eggs, & sausage

Price:
-$25 1st Person
-$10 for each IMMEDIATE family member (parents and siblings)
-5 and under are free

*Race fee is not included in the Lock-In price. Kids age 11 and under need to be accompanied by a parent.

Rules not listed on flyer due to space, these rules will need to be signed by a parent or legal guardian at the track.
1. Buddy system applies to all participants without parental supervision. (Meaning you must have a buddy to camp with.)
2. There will be no one permitted or invited after lock in has begun.
3. You are required to stay within the immediate track property (Fenced in area)
4. If you are old enough to drive please be prepared when you arrive to stay, we will not have people coming and going.
5. Every person who stays without parents must provide an immediate contact number.
6. Concessions will close after the conclusion of dinner. It is a long night, you need to bring drinks and snacks for the remaining overnight stay. We will provide water.
7. There will be no tent flipping, fireworks, bullying or any unpleasant behavior tolerated at any time.
8. All tents and Rv’s will be allowed set up after the completion of the race.
9. Be prepared to pick up your child no later than 10 a.m. the following morning 
10. These rules are to be adhered to, if you are found to not be following the rules your parent will be called REGARDLESS OF TIME and asked to come and get you without refund.

Hampton BMX provides this event to encourage everyone to spend some down time together and enjoy themselves, let’s make this another successful and fun evening.
