  • BMX Beginner Lessons

    The next 5-6 Thursday nights will provide new riders the instruction needed to understand BMX Racing, racing techniques, and will provide opportunity to work and improve on them. There is no fee for the lessons, however you must be a current USABMX Member... donations are welcomed. Don't have a USABMX Membership? Go to and click the Join Now link. After that, all you need is a long sleeve shirt and pants. New riders must be able to pedal a bicycle (no training wheels)....

    As we entered into Phase III and the increased capacity of gatherings from 50 to 250 people, we were ery excited about getting back to racing last week.     However, as we were discussing plans for our SQR with the city, we were informed that with the recent regional spikes in cases over the past few days, the city of Hampton is taking a more conservative approach.  In hopes of minimizing the spread of the virus, the max gathering capacity will go back to 50 unt...

  • Gate Practice Tuesday night, 6:30-8:30PM

    Fine tune your gate starts for Rock Hill's National coming up in two weekends with us on Tuesday Night! $4/rider   Please maintain Social Distancing of 6', no more than 50 people at the facility.   USABMX Membership is required and can be purchased for 1/2 price now through the end of June.    

  • Update on June 6th and 7th events

    Well folks, The Hampton Parks and Rec Department fought hard for us to reopen to running events, and they were successful to an extent, however they have been told we as a track must adhere to the Governor's Executive Orders of having no more than 50 people at the facility.  With that said, the only thing remotely possible is block racing. The block racing guidelines will not work for us at this time as it will not allow our new riders and families to experience the racing atmosph...

  • All events are canceled until further notice

    The track is open to the public during this time from Sunup to Sundown. Please be mindful not to ride the track when it is wet.  If you walk o the track and can see the imprint of your soles, it is to wet to ride.  Volunteers run the track and every rut has to be worked out before a race.     ****2019 AWARDS BANQUET UPDATE**** Heeding the advice of the VDH’s article on considerations for cancelling or modifying an event in response to COVID-19 in Virginia, we have decided to move our 2019 Awards Banquet to an outdoor venue where there will be more distance between attendees.   • Race Canceled for 2/15

    With a feel like temp of 33 degrees midday we have decided to cancel tomorrow’s race. Kids, parents, spectators, and volunteers just would not have fun with it being so cold. So it’s another Saturday canceled. We will make it up on a Friday soon. Stay warm everyone!!!  

  • Gate Practice this Saturday 1/18/2020

    With the upcoming Lexington National next week we are having gate practice this Saturday Jan 18, 2020. Practice will run from 11-1/1:30pm   $4/rider.  We will have the timers setup in gate 8 as well.
