Back by popular demand, join former BMX pro and USA BMX certified Coach Carley Young for clinics on Saturday, November 9 (experts only) and Sunday, November 10 (beginner and advanced skills). Small group coaching, capped at 24 riders per clinic, will work on gate starts, pumping, manualing, jumping, turns, riding aggressive, and more!

*Riders must have their own bike and helmet, and have a current USA BMX membership.*

Saturday, November 9: 4-hours of expert-level skill clinic. $40 per rider.

This will be excellent prep for those going to Grands, those competing in national-level of competition in 2020, or just an overall skill-building clinic for those that are not! The plan is 4 hours of clinic time, around the 11/9 local single. Pre-registration is required. General schedule:

  • Clinic Hour 1: 10:30 - 11:30 AM
  • Break for local single (separate registration required): 11:30 AM - approximately 2 PM
  • Clinic Hours 2 - 4: approximately 2 - 5 PM

Sunday, November 10: 3-hours of beginner and advanced-level skill clinics. $30 per rider, per clinic.

The beginner session will be perfect for anyone new to BMX. (novice-level riders) The advanced session will be great for someone who has been around a little while, but is looking to take your riding to the next level. (intermediate and expert-level riders). Pre-registration is required.

  • Beginner skill clinic: 9 AM - noon
  • Advanced skill clinic: 1 - 4 PM
