Save time and energy and eat at the track!
There will be multiple options to help fuel your racing. The track concessions - Kickstand Cafe and Char Bar will be serving up fresh cooked breakfast platters as well as fresh made lunch and dinner options. Our menu of track standards have a High Springs twist, including fresh, never frozen burgers, 48-hour marinated chicken sandwiches and fresh cut fries!

Full lunch menu starting at approximately 10:45am
- French Fries - fresh cut potatoes, fried until crispy. We start with fresh Idaho potatoes, cut them and drop them into the fryer right there in the char bar.
- "Swamp" Chicken Sandwich - named after the famous nearby football stadium and one of the secret ingredients - this boneless, skinless chicken breast is marinated for 48 hours in our special swamp sauce and then grilled to perfection.
- Burgers - 1/3 pound fresh, never frozen, 100% beef burgers (weight before cooking) - this are not your typical track burgers. Juicy and flavorful - available with and without cheese
- Hot Dog - all beef hot dogs, grilled and delicious
