Areas of instruction will include on/off track riding, skills, conditioning, nutrition, mental preparation, etc.
Riders will be grouped based upon age and proficiency (novice, intermediate/ expert)
MUST email [email protected] to register
*In the event of unsatisfactory track conditions, groups will meet at alternate locations for training.
