FRIDAY, Sep 11 is an ALL-DAY Track and Site Prep Day

All skills are welcome! Bikes are welcome as well!

FULL BATH HOUSE access and OVERNIGHT PRIMITIVE CAMPING AVAILABLE for Friday and Saturday Nights

Bring your Tent, Pop-up, RV, Pickup, or just a blanket and enjoy some time under the BIG SKIES of Dinwiddie County
- CAMPFIRES are PERMITTED - 'Boy Scout' style - well-managed, safe (water bucket nearby, etc.), controlled, leave no trace - there are barrels to use as well and plenty of wood available to scavenge on site

NO PARKING FEES or CAMPING FEES THIS WEEKEND

Donations for the Race for Life and the 50-50 drawing are encouraged as you are able. Please also support our Vendors, Sponsors, and Raffles.

SATURDAY 50-50 RAFFLES

We will have a 50-50 Raffle with TICKETS FOR SALE Before the Gold Cup Qualifier and During the Qualifying Rounds - One WINNING TICKET will be drawn just before MAIN EVENTS - the WINNER MUST BE PRESENT and RESPOND WHEN CALLED - WINNER WILL RECEIVE 50% of the TOTAL COLLECTED in CASH - THE Track will contribute the REMAINING 50% to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society as an RFL Contribution in the name of a DESIGNATED RACER.

 

SATURDAY, September 12 Detailed Schedule

The Race Event for Saturday is the USA BMX DK Gold Cup Qualifier

- ALL Racers in Novice, Intermediate, Expert, Expert Girl, Cruiser, and Girls Cruiser must be currently registered USA BMX Members with the Full (Annual) license (unexpired) - We have REGISTRATION FORMS available AT THE EVENT during Signup Times and can RENEW or SIGN UP NEW Members

- BALANCE BIKE Racers MUST HAVE Either a current USA BMX License or sign the ONE DAY License form available at Registration

8-10am is the beginning of Rider and Spectator Arrival and Setup

10-11am is the Final Prep and Setup as well as Vendor and Volunteer Arrival time

11am-1pm Race Signups at the RED REGISTRATION Building near the FINISH LINE and Gate Practice (Wristbands Required)
- $35 Entry for Novice, Intermediate, Expert, Cruiser, Girls Cruiser - Gold Cup Qualifier Trophy Awards 1-4 Other MAIN Qualifiers Gold Cup Medallion (5-8)
- $15 Entry for Open - VMP Medallion Award
- $15 Entry for Balance Bike - Trophy Awards

1-1:15pm Opening Ceremonies

1:15pm Balance Bike Racing (three rounds)

1:30-4:30pm (approximately) Racing and Awards Presentation

Gold Cup Qualifier Race Trophies are Presented near the red Registration Building after the scores are passed to the Registration Area volunteers. We have a three-tier PODIUM available for you to pose and take pictures as you like.

4:30-6pm Site Cleanup and Departure

6-11pm Family Time

11pm-6am Quiet Hours

 

SUNDAY, Aug 11 Detailed Schedule

7-8am Wake Up and Hygene - BATH HOUSE Available

8-9am - Meal time

The Race Event for Sunday is a Single Point Local Race

9-10am is the Final Prep and Setup as well as Vendor and Volunteer Arrival time

10-11:30am Race Signups at the RED REGISTRATION Building near the FINISH LINE and Gate Practice

- $10 Entry for Novice, Intermediate, Expert, Expert Girl, Cruiser, Girls Cruiser - VMP Trophy Award (1-3)
- $5 Entry for Balance Bike - VMP Trophy Award
