Mile High Nationals were just held this past weekend at Grand Valley BMX and our riders are now psyched to get on the track!  We had a big delay this spring with the Metro Water District deciding to release water on May 2nd, 2016 - this was meant to be our first clinic and gate practice of the season, but without controlled water the track is not ready!

The park is urging their irrigation vendor to please come and get it turned on so that we can race our scheduled season opener on Wednesday, May 4th.

We have had several riders advance in profiency this winter as they raced around the West, so we expect some exciting action out there on the track this spring.

We have changed up our Monday night clinics - we will now only offer a Novice clinic at 5:30 pm.  6:30 - 7:30 pm will now be an open gate practice for $5.  Riders must have attended a clinic prior to participating in gate practice, for everyone's safety and efficiency in practicing.  The Novice Clinic will be open to any age beginner racer.  We will cover racing basics, pedaling, gate starts, corners, pumping, jumps, manuals, and more!  It's $20 to drop in or $60 for a four clinic punch pass.

June 4th will be a fun filled day at Crown Mountain.  We will kick off the event at 12:30 pm with a bike & gear swap, helmet exhange by Aspen Ambulance & Basalt Fire, community race, free novice clinic, and more!  Please join us - and bring your outgrown gear to make a few bucks!

Camp runs June 6-8 and June 13-15 with Grand Valley's Steven Adams coming to lead the training!  It's $109 per rider per camp.  Drop off after 8:30 am and pick up at Noon.
