THURSDAY – SPECIAL GIRLS NIGHT with BMX Coach CASSIE HAY

1 SESSION – ONLY 20 SPOTS LEFT!

Only $20 per person.

GIRLS AND WOMEN ONLY - Sorry guys, NO men or boys permitted to this event - 5:30PM to 7:30PM
No special BMX Licenses needed for this one ladies!

You've seen the kids do it, the guys do it, even a couple of other girls and moms, and you've though to yourself "It looks SO fun, but..." and then you backed out because it either looked too scary, or maybe you were a little intimidated by having so many people around.  Well I'm here to tell you that you're not alone.  We hear you, and we understand.  That's why we're giving you your chance to finally ride the track with a small, private group of other women who were thinking the same thing and who are also looking to confront their fears in a fun but relaxed and controlled environment.

You can use your own bike, or you can borrow a friend's. It doesn't even need to be a BMX bike! It can be a mountain bike, cruiser, hybrid, or dirt-jumper. If you didn't understand any of those terms, that's okay too! If it has two wheels and no motor, it'll probably be okay to use.  You'll also need to bring your helmet or borrow one from a family member (full face please).  Wear some long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and some running shoes and you'll be ready to take advantage of a fun evening away from the hustle and bustle of the family, that's sure to be full of good times and great laughs.

Coach Cassie Hay will be on-site to teach you how to safely navigate our BMX Track and get you comfortable on the bike while keeping it all light and fun. If that isn't enough to convince you, Special Treats will be provided afterwards!

Registration closes at 4:00PM Thursday.
