Four days of coaching to evaluate your riders skills, help them become faster, more confident and love to ride their bike. My goal is always to promote being a good role model while living with a positive mindset to help them live life to the fullest and be a successful athlete . We will also work on setting goals your rider wants to meet for the season and how to make a plan to execute those goals. Please join me for a fun filled week of gate starts, pumping, manualing, jumping, turns, riding aggressive, training, foot down, and more! **Very Important** Riders must Pre Register for camp 24 hours prior to starting a week long or day session of camp. You may pay the day of the event as long as your rider is pre registered. A valid USABMX membership is required to attend camp. Weekly Schedule: Thursday 6/23 - Gates & Pumping Friday 6/24 - Turns & Pack Skills Saturday 6/25 - Manualing, & Jumping Sunday 6/26 - Turns, Riding Aggressive, Overview & Training What the rider will need: - Packed lunch & Snacks - - Plenty of water - - Uniform and Pads - (Shorts and knee pads are ok) - Change of Clothes - - Sun glasses and Sunscreen - - Half Shell Helmet - - Flat Pedals - Daily plan of events 8:00am - 9:00 am Rider check in and drop off 9:00am - 10:00am Warm Up 10:00am - 11:30am BMX Instructed time 11:30am - 12:00pm Skill Drills 12:00pm - 1:00pm Lunch 1:00pm - 2:00pm Group Activity 2:00pm - 3:30pm BMX Instructed time 3:30pm - 4:00pm Skill Drills 4:00pm - 4:15pm Rider Pick up ( Please be on time picking up your rider) 4 Day $250 Day $70 Half Day $50 (9am-1pm) Any questions please contact Carley Young 352-346-0783 [email protected]
