WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR RV RESERVATIONS

*Any reservation cancelled starting the Monday prior to the race will not be refundable* We recommend selling it to someone you know!

 

• Depending when you arrive, you need to check in at the gate or the tower to receive your CAMPER tag. This tag will have your spot # and is REQUIRED to be placed where it can be seen when going down the main drive line. You will also receive your WEEKEND PASS car sticker for in and out travel.

 

• The spots are numbered, and the lanes each have YELLOW signs that state which spots are down which lane. Follow the sign and see our KEY below for where to go for your spot. If you get lost, find a BLACK MOUNTAIN MEMBER (we will have shirts on with our logo) and we can help guide you. 

 

• Each spot has a painted divider in the middle that separates your spot and the one on the opposite side. Please be respectful of that divide and your neighbor.

 

• We ask that all trash be placed into trash bags and not scattered or LEFT throughout our RV LOT.

Saturday Night FUN!!!!

 

On Saturday night we are hosting a BONFIRE to have a great time, celebrate this BMX FAMILY and enjoy one another’s company over a meal! 

 

'GRANDAPARRITO' taco food truck  is coming out for us and will have AMAZING food for purchase. Let's get to know our BMX family!

 

This will be from 6p-9pm! BYOE!
