Weather Policy

In the event weather affects any Heartland BMX event, including races and practices, the Track Operator will make a decision no later than 2 hours prior to the start of the event or in-person sign-ups. The announcement will be posted on the track Facebook page, facebook.com/heartlandbmx, and website, heartlandbmx.org. Make-up races will occur on the next available Saturday, taking into account the weather forecast, regional USA BMX events, and volunteer availability. Rescheduled races, clinics, and events will also be posted on the track Facebook page and website. Any questions should be directed to the Track Operator through Facebook, email, phone, or in-person at the track.
