We recommend using this for practices so the new rider can get more time on the track. We are open for practices Wednesday afternoons and some Saturdays. This is how it works.

Go to this site - https://www.usabmx.com/trial

Select RI -Woodland BMX on the pull down list.

Enter the rider information and your email address.

Sign the Medical Release block, the Release and Waiver of Liability, and Parental Consent blocks if the Rider is a minor under the age of 18.

Once you submit, an email is sent to us at [email protected]. Please contact us via that email address if you have any questions or call us at 401-702-2BMX (2269)

When you get to our track, see one of our wonderful volunteers that will get you started in the great sport of BMX. we will issue you a wrist band for the session and guide you through your first experience on the track! If new on bikes, such as young or unexperienced riders, use our assisted riding session and your parent can be on the track area to help you. If you are a good bike rider already and no assistance is necessary, sign up for open gate practicing as this will give you more time. If you don't know which one is right for, email or call us.

There are specific requirements for riding at a USA BMX Racing facility. Long sleeve shirt and long pants are required. Full face helmet is required. No loaner helmets are available this year due to COVID restrictions. If bringing your bike, it must not have pegs, kick stand, reflectors, etc. as these can be dangerous for the rider. Please remove before riding.  A limited number of loaner bikes may be available. If you need a loaner bike, please call or email the track prior to signing up to see if loaner bikes are available for that session. This is a one time, one day offer to try the sport.
