- Description: Tanglewood BMX Skills Clinic: This clinic is open to any level rider. Clinics will typically occur on a monthly basis. Main focus of each clinic will vary each month, but topics such as racing strategy, gates, turns, manual/ pumping, nutrition, and training will be covered. Much of the clinic will involve track time and riding, so please plan accordingly. Riders should pre-register at least 2 days in advance by emailing Tanglewood BMX (number of riders, names, and current classification) at [email protected].
