Description: 6:30 - 7:30 pm FREE NEW RIDER CLINIC (2 Clinic max, per member) This clinic was created to introduce New Riders/Members to the BASICS of the sport of BMX and enjoy learning to ride the track in a relaxed and fun environment. *Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. *Minors must be accompanied by an adult/guardian, who is expected to stay the whole duration. *FREE One Day Memberships available for new to sport rider. What you'll need: -Bike (We highly recommend you rider what you have, whether it's a mountain bike or BMX bike. Please make sure bikes have no kickstand or pegs, remove reflectors for safety purposes.) We do have a limited amount of Loaners Bikes available. -Full Face Helmet- Limited amount of Loaner Helmets available. -Long Sleeve shirt or short sleeve with elbow pads. -Pants or shorts with shin/knees pads. -Closed-toe shoes needed (make sure they have a tread on the bottom for gripping pedal) -Water

Description: This clinic will focus on gates, pumping, and turns and jumping. The clinic will be taught by, Standard's very own A-Pro Brandon Roharik and BWBMX's local coach, Zephin Mann from Factory Clayborn/Answer. You must be a USA BMX licensed member. Cost -$30 each or $50 for both, Tuesday and Wednesday. Payment - Track will not be taking money. Please see Zephin Mann or call 703-380-1068 or Paypal, [email protected] with the rider's name, age, class level, and how many days. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early and make sure your rider has plenty of water to hydrate. Safety gear required and the event is weather permitting.
