Blue Springs BMX is located within a city park.  Therefore we must adhere to city/county guidelines for the park. Our board is thankful that our city is allowing us to continue to race.  It is imperative that you help us by following their guidelines.  Your failure to do so can include being banned from the event up to fines imposed by the city/county. If you know you will not follow the guidelines we respectfully ask you to stay home and enjoy the races on Facebook live so the rest of us can enjoy the weekend.

Masks are required for all spectators inside the fence. The only exemptions are children younger than 5 years old. If you have a medical reason not to wear a mask, you are asked to watch from outside the fence or on Facebook live. Riders, wearing a helmet, do not need a mask. Complete details of Jackson County's Phase 2.5 Recovery Plan can be found at https://www.jacksongov.org/DocumentCenter/View/6939/recovery-plan_v75?bidId=

Due to county restrictions, we have a limited number of people that are permitted inside the fence.  Spectators will be strictly limited inside the fence.  Come in to watch your rider's race then exit so other parents can do the same.  The races will be on Facebook live so you can watch from your pit also. Spectators will use our west gate entry/exit. Riders will use the north gate entry/exit.

Standing room only inside the fence for spectators.  We can not allow any chairs or coolers inside the fence.  The bleachers can not be used. If you are not able to stand to watch your racer please take advantage of our Facebook live to view races or find a place to put a chair outside the fence.

Social distance yourself in your pit areas.  We have a very large park that surrounds the track.  Please take advantage of that space and spread out.  There is a lot of parking, too. Spread yourselves out, please.

Wash your hands often.  There are restrooms in the 2 brick buildings located to the north and to the west of the track. IF there is no soap or toilet paper please alert our girls in Concession and they can refill.

Motos will be posted online at bluespringsbmx.com Corrections will need to be made in person at our SignUps window (Sunday corrections can be sent to our Facebook messenger, emailed to [email protected] or at SignUps on Sunday morning)

Balance bike riders can practice on the balance bike track for the hour before racing starts.  They will be allowed 10 minutes on the big track at the end of the last practice session.  The balance bike track is closed once racing starts.

Concessions will be open with a limited selection.  NO grill.

Plate presentation will take place at the conclusion of racing.  We will plan to utilize one of the ball fields so that everyone can spread out and still see/hear the presentation of awards.

We appreciate everyone's patience while we do the best we can to ensure that we get to race. We are excited to see you all in 2 weeks.  Good luck to everyone racing the final Missouri State Qualifier this weekend at Spokes BMX.
