I started racing when I was in 6th grade. The thrill was like non other. It was not like baseball not like football. I could control how fast or how slow I wanted to go. Sometimes your in control sometimes your bike is, but you always get up and continue until you get it right. I raced all the way to my freshman year of Collage then on September 26, 1997 my life and world changed for ever. My mother passed away that night while I raced at the track, she was by biggest supporter and fan. On September 27, 1997 was my final race. I would never race again as I joined the United States Marine Corp.
