We've put together this solution that works on Microsoft IE versions.
Step 1: Launch www.usabmx.com in Internet Explorer
Step 2: Go to Tools > Internet Options > Browsing History
Step 3: Select Cookies and Temporary Internet files, then click "Delete
Step 4: press F12 to open IE Developer Tools
Step 5: Select Cache > Clear Session Cookies
Step 6: Select Cache > Clear Cookies for Domain
Step 7: Close and restart Internet Explorer.
