The 2015 Vegas Nationals at South Point Hotel went pretty well for me. Friday night (pre-race) I raced the 36-40 Cruiser class and ended up 4th out of 6.

Saturday I raced 31+ mixed open and 36-40 Inter. In my open & class I won the 1st round and was expecting to do good in both mains. In open, I pulled the hole shot but Travis Robles got around me coming out of the first turn. I settled in for a 2nd place finish and avoided the pile up in the last turn that consumed everyone else. In class, I grabbed the hole shot and led the race until the last turn where big Paul V gave me a pretty good love tap. I was able to keep it on 2 wheels although both my feet came un-clipped. I was able to pedal to the finish and take home the 2nd place.

Sunday I raced 31+ mixed open and 36-40 Inter. It was a perfect day for me as I won both my motos and main events. All 4 races, I was able to pull the hole shot and never looked back. It's always a blessing to come home safe & sound and have a great time racing, meeting new people and spending time making memories with my family. Praise & Honor to my Lord Jesus Christ. Forever. Peace!
