So, it proved to be an enjoyable road this year chasing a state plate. Unfortunately, a state plate was not in the stars for 2018. Regardless, I still managed to pull out 2 X first place and 1 X second place finishes in state qualifiers in TX and finish off with a second place finish ina CO state qualifier and a first place finish in the CO STATE final. Although I didn’t get a state plate, the state final first moved me up to the Intermediate class, which was a goal of mine for 2018 and an invitation to the ROC, we’ll see what happenes.
