As a follow-up to last week's madness...

I finally called a shop that we had gone to way back when. Not sure why I didn't try them earlier, but I didn't. They said "bring it on over" and promptly dropped everything and full-on hooked us up. They told me exactly what I already knew--> his spokes were really loose, rear was out of true, & things had been a mess. They really did me a solid...and now they've got a customer for life. Thanks to Jeff (mechanic) and everyone at POPCycles in Sarasota, FL for hooking us up. You're awesome and I'm ever so grateful! I'm especially thankful for some of the "secrets" you shared...and I think you might be able to gain us a second or 2. I'll be back for that!

(I'll definitely be trying to add them to our list of "sponsors" at some point. Not sure how exactly they could be a sponsor at the same time as Haps, but that's a detail for another day...)

James went back to his winning ways and won the Saturday night "44th Anniversary/Easter Race" at SRQBMX on 3/31/2018. That's 13 as intermediate. Getting ready for state championships...and SCR after that...and Gold Cup...and...
