This past weekend I raced the USA BMX NC STATE SERIES Stop #3 @ccbmx.org.  This track holds allot of history for me.  This Saturday started out with a The USA BMX NC dedication / memorial to Otis Hopkins.  If you have facebook, you can view the race tower dedication to him by his son Brandon Hopkins on my fb page.  I came away with 4 wins this past weekend doubling each day. I didn't loose a lap.  The competition was fierce but I had a blast.  I do love ccbmx.org for the people, track, and the positive family environment.   I also had the chance to get some family oriented IG video of the NC team pit area with Team " Local Legends" own Luke Sanford, I visited the "NOMAD racing" tent to also capture some students I've taught on the bmx track before. All in all I had the best time ever here in Raliegh,NC where I got to also mentor my student of T.R.E. Ezra Hall.  This 11 year old kid gives it his all as he tries to mover from one skill level to the next.  His dad, Daryl Hall is super supportive. The three sessions Ezra has gotten through T.R.E. has mad him a more knowledgeable rider and sprinter.  I know Ezra Hall will reach his goal of becoming a NC top 5 rider in his bmx race class.
