Last Tuesday at are single point race, I got slammed into by another rider that's just racing comes with the territory! I got away from my bike, but as I did so when hit the asphalt berm with full force with my left heal, didn't really think much of at the time, all I want to to was get back on my bike and finish which I did! But when crossed finish line and went to get off my bike I knew something was wrong with my foot!
Then I did something that is so out.of character for me I threw my bike down, then throw my helmet which isn't good, specially when there are kids around as adult I have to show more composure than that!!
Now I will be off my bike for at least 4 weeks if not more, cause at my age I'd rather play it safe, cause if.this was like 10 years ago I'd probably already be back on my bike! But at the ripe old age of 47 I'm going to take my time with this one! #oldmanbmx
